We are a remote-first company. Even post COVID there are no expectations for you to work from the office, in fact, you can work from anywhere in the world! Of course to fully enjoy TBS culture and meet your colleagues you are welcome to spend as much time in the office as you want as well.
We value output over input. It doesn’t mean that input or effort doesn’t matter, but we trust you to manage your own time and get your work done. As long as there is reasonable overlap to standard working hours and you are able to participate in calls and meetings when they occur, defining working hours is up to you.
We want every employee to feel like they can learn and develop themselves at TBS. Each person in the company has an annual budget that they can use for online courses, events, books – anything that will help you become even better at your job.
We offer company-level trainings on both functional and personal development topics. All our People managers receive a leadership development training and, in addition, you can request 1-1 coaching sessions with our certified coach and Head of Learning & Development to discuss your exact needs.
Back in the olden days, pre-COVID, we did an annual company retreat which involved things like Greece, sun and boat drinks :). In the past year we’ve replaced this by a quarterly well-being day. It can still involve Greece, sun and boat drinks, or whatever else makes employees happy. We inform clients about this, so everyone can have a day of no work emails & relaxation.
Each of our teams has a budget to do something fun together every quarter, but we also enjoy the occasional spontaneous drink, fancy or casual dinners, watching football games… any opportunity to spend quality time together.
